Ângelo Pingo was born in Vereeniging (Gauteng, South Africa), and is working for Nokia in the Big Data team of the Nokia Performance Manager (NPM) product. He finished his Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering and Computer Science in 2017 at the Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon, Portugal. Management of Networks, Information and Service are his areas of expertise. He was a student member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Regarding his professional experience, his collaboration in the following companies stands out: Nokia in the Service Quality Manager (SQM) team, PT Comunicações in the System Care project, TMN (broadband technical support line), Axa Seguros (Help Desk / Field Support ), PT Prime (line of technical support for business services) and Loco Sistemas (Cisco System Specialist and Systems Administrator) He has taught at Liceu Sá da Bandeira in Santarém (Microsft Windows, Microsft Office and computer networks) and was a Scientific Initiation Fellow at the Information Technology Department (ISD) of Instituto Superior Técnico.
